Oils, Fats and Lipids for a Healthy and Sustainable World
18-21 September 2011, Rotterdam, The Netherlands
If you have not registered yet it is high time to do so. The early bird deadline ends 5 August.
It is also advisable to reserve your hotel room now, since contingents expire on the same day. KLM/Airfrance is offering discounts for delegates flying to the Netherlands.Euro Fed Lipid is pleased to welcome the Anerican Oil Chemist's Society (AOCS) as media partner of the 9th Euro Fed Lipid congress.
Delegates arriving by train in Rotterdam Centraal (central station) are just 200 meters away from the congress center De Doelen. The building is literally located next door.
For those delegates arriving at Shiphol airport it is recommended to make use of the door-to-door high speed train connection between Shiphol and Rotterdam Centraal, which takes only 26 min. Schiphol station is situated directly below the airport.
Train tickets available from the yellow ticket machines near the platforms at Schiphol Plaza or from the ticket offices, which are situated close to the red/white-checked cube at Schiphol Plaza.
You can also purchase your train ticket well in advance. You can either buy one from a ticket machine or ask for a ticket without a date at one of the service desks. It is possible to do so for both the outward and return journey. All you have to do on the day of travel is stamp your ticket at a machine on one of the platforms.
The train leaves Shiphol every 30 minutes (10 min and 40 min after the hour from track 5-6), but there are also (slower) connections in between. A one-way ticket costs 10,70 Euro.
